  1.        Murder in the Institute
  2.       A curse on ancient mummy?
  3.           
  4. At  ten  o'clock  last  night a terrible
  5. murder  took  place in  the Institute of
  6. Ethnology in Hamburg.
  7. The  police commission  states  that the
  8. victim,  the  highly  esteemed Professor
  9. Albert Stueckrath, who moves in the best
  10. circles,  was found  dead by a colleague
  11. in his laboratory at ten o'clock.
  12. From  what we  hear, the victim had been
  13. investigating a mummy that was to be put
  14. up for auction next Tuesday.
  15. The  mysterious element of the murder is
  16. the  fact  that the  type of linen cloth
  17. with  which  the  mummy  was wrapped up.
  18. When  the  paper  went  to  press it was
  19. still   unknown  what   conclusions  the
  20. police draw from this fact.
  21. The investigating inspector does not yet
  22. have  an  explanation  to  the incident.
  23. He   is  confident  that  he  will  soon
  24. unravel  the riddle,  but warned against
  25. conclusions.*
